Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with mine closure planning and related studies. This role requires the application of technical knowledge to support responsible and safe return of mine-affected land at the end of a mine's lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing or supporting technical projects of moderate scope, preparing regulatory documentation, leading proposals, and interacting with stakeholders. Additionally, they will be responsible for completing background reviews and simulations, and participating in risk assessments.

This position is ideal for individuals with tertiary qualifications in Engineering (mining, civil, environmental, geo-environmental) or Geoscience (geology, hydrogeology, geochemistry, chemistry). Candidates must also hold current registration as a Professional Engineer/Geoscientist or be actively pursuing professional designation.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields.
