Job Title: Cyber Security Strategy Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Strategy Manager to lead and deliver diverse GRC and cyber strategy engagements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving client engagements and leading teams in delivering complex projects across various industries, including government, critical infrastructure, fintech, and startups.

  • Collaborate with CISOs, executives, and risk leaders to shape strategies aligned to business outcomes.
  • Build and implement enterprise cyber risk programs, including registers, treatment plans, and executive dashboards.
  • Design and facilitate tabletop exercises and workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored policies, standards, and procedures that balance compliance with adoption.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years' hands-on experience in cyber GRC and strategy. They must have proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships, as well as breadth of experience across frameworks and engagements.

  • Experience in building strategies, running tabletop exercises, and shaping GRC initiatives.
