Chiropractic Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our chiropractors and massage therapists in providing a seamless experience for every patient.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to all patients
  • Maintaining the clinic's presentation and cleanliness
  • Managing patient records and documentation
  • Following daily opening and closing procedures
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies when necessary
  • Processing payments and issuing receipts
  • Answering and directing phone calls, responding to patient inquiries promptly

In addition, you will have the opportunity to grow with our practice by providing positive patient experiences and proactive support.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A friendly and professional demeanor with strong people skills
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Comfort with using computers and booking systems (experience with Cliniko an asset)
  • The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in healthcare reception or administration is preferred but not essential, as we offer comprehensive training
