Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people. As a key member of our team, you will deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with our dedicated staff to achieve excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality care and resident safety.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing (Current registration with AHPRA)
  • Current Police Clearance
  • Experience in aged care (desirable but not essential)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights
  • Ability to lead a team
