Electrical Apprentice Trainer Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Apprentice Trainer to provide guidance and training to apprentices in the electrical trades department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support for Apprentices
  • Provide guidance on training and technical matters to increase the capability of both apprentices and the apprentice program
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs
  • Manage and maintain accurate records management and documentation of procedures

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification such as Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training or similar
  • Trade certification in Electrical
