Information Management Support Officer

The Information Management Support Officer plays a vital role in assisting staff with information management tasks.

This includes advising and supporting staff on the use of information management systems to create folders, upload and use information assets, and prepare physical records for storage, transfer, retrieval, and return.

Staff members will rely on your expertise to ensure they are utilizing these systems efficiently and effectively.

In addition to this, you will assist information managers with information governance activities such as sentencing and disposal of records, preparing guidelines, processes, and self-help documentation, and presenting training to staff.

You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient assistance to all court locations while working within legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience in using and supporting staff in the use of information or records management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including excellent written skills.
