Thiess is seeking a qualified Medium Rigid Truck Mechanic to join our team at the Mount Pleasant Operation in Muswellbrook, NSW. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for calibrating and servicing our MPU and Stemming Trucks on the Blast Crew.
About You
We are looking for a trade-qualified Plant Mechanic with a Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment) or similar. You will have post-trade experience working in the Mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry, with a strong background in general maintenance, breakdowns, calibration, and servicing of MR Earthmoving equipment.
