
Expert Space Planner

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and work closely with customers to manage several major projects in Brisbane, Australia.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and business-orientated designer who will own the delivery of innovative designs assigned by Design Manager within a portfolio for the International Operations Design Team (ODT). The candidate is responsible for the compliance with ODT processes, information flow and acts as an SME in facilitating collaboration to deliver layouts on time and to a high quality.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver composite designs, with no compromise on safety and the quality of customer experience;
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop ODT composites, delivered with precision, this will involve engagement during design, execution and launch, and with technical partners to ensure timely elevation and resolution of potential risks and issues;
- Run efficient high-quality designs reviews. Ensure that designs are reviewed and accepted prior to enable approvals within SLA and meeting regulatory compliance. Protect overall quality, drive consistency and avoid compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit and Navisworks, as well as other related programs (AutoCAD, BIM 360, etc.).
- Work space design and layout experience, drawing in a warehouse or fulfillment center environments
- Clash Detection Experience: Proven experience in clash detection and conflict resolution in 3D models.
