
Financial Transaction Coordinator

Hospitality and banking professionals are encouraged to apply for an Administration/Reconciliation Officer position with a leading Toowoomba hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The Administration/Reconciliation Officer will be responsible for reconciling transactions related to ATMs, Pokies, Cash Tills and EFTs. This involves accurately processing financial data and ensuring that all transactions are up-to-date and accurate.
The successful candidate will also be required to assist with general office administration duties, such as data-entry and other administrative tasks. A Hospitality/Banking background is highly desirable, and training will be provided to ensure the candidate has the necessary skills to perform the role effectively.
Availability during business hours (7:00 am - 11:00 am, Monday to Friday) is essential for this position. If you are a motivated and reliable individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
