About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Secure Parking. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our existing portfolio of over 550 car parks across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve territory targets and drive business growth
  • Negotiate lease agreements with landlords and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Present opportunities and clearly articulate the business and revenue drivers to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to add to our portfolio

  • A natural hunter with excellent negotiation skills and a strong track record in sales
  • Someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A confident and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
