Business Development Manager - Wound Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our wound care business across QLD hospitals.

About the Role
  • Manage relationships with hospital customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute account management plans in line with ANZ business objectives
  • Provide commercial and clinical solutions to strengthen partnerships and grow brand presence
  • Establish and deliver strong market insights and commercial intelligence
  • Lead and support ongoing tendering processes
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Clinical Specialists, Aged Care, and Marketing
Requirements
  • Bachelor qualifications in Science, Business, or related fields
  • Proven track record in driving B2B growth in the hospital sector
  • Experience in medical consumables or medical devices
  • Strong business acumen and sound communication skills
  • Deep understanding of wound care clinically
