About the Role

The Associate Engineer position is part of a graduate programme that focuses on providing ongoing development opportunities. Our holistic growth path includes three key areas:

Responsibilities
  • Tackle technical problems and build features with support from your team.
  • Collaborate with other engineers through pair programming.
  • Partner with AI coding agents to improve development workflow.
  • Work with product managers and designers to implement solutions.
  • Maintain and support the services your team is responsible for.
Qualifications
  • You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering (or related STEM discipline) or a coding bootcamp within the last 12 months.
  • You are proficient in a range of technologies including React/TypeScript, Ruby, Kotlin, and Go.
  • You have familiarity with AI tools and AI coding tools like Claude Code.
  • You possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and empathetic approach.
  • You are self-motivated with a growth mindset and willingness to adapt.
