Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our early childhood service with vision, integrity, and a strong commitment to education.

The successful candidate will have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- A deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and VEYLDF
- Proven ability to lead, guide, mentor, and uplift a team
- A passion for documentation, compliance, and creating an exceptional learning environment
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Experience in managing rosters, enrolments, and regulatory obligations
- Current certifications including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management, WWCC, and Police Check
