About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Centenary Heights. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young children and creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes a sense of belonging
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
