Casual Educators play a vital role in supporting our centres and children, providing flexible and team-oriented support wherever and whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification
  • Be willing to travel between other local services
  • Have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
