Integration Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Solutions Specialist to lead our ERP program for a 12-month period, with the possibility of extension. This is an onsite role requiring 4 days a week commitment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design scalable and efficient integration solutions aligned with overall IT infrastructure principles
  • Leverage extensive knowledge of various integration technologies, platforms, and tools, including APIs, ETL processes, middleware, and data mapping
  • Develop strong functional knowledge of Finance and HR systems, ideally ERP-specific
  • Lead end-to-end teams and projects, applying Waterfall and Agile delivery methods and techniques
  • Manage day-to-day workstreams and drive strategic initiatives within complex organisational environments
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions for complex Finance and/or HR systems
  • Strong experience managing complex integration projects, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and on-time delivery within agreed parameters
  • Expertise in implementing cutting-edge integration concepts and technologies, including Boomi, cloud-native integration, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), microservices architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Domain-Driven Design
  • Tertiary qualification in computer science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent
  • PREFERRED: Dell Boomi Certified Professional, TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional

This role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
