Senior Systems Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Technology One Ci Anywhere system modules, providing technical support and advice, and undertaking system testing for upgrades or new software releases.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing, maintaining, and supporting new Technology One Ci Anywhere system modules
  • Providing technical support, advice, and problem-solving on Property and Rating and Technology One systems
  • Undertaking system testing for upgrades or new software releases
  • Delivering business analysis services, translating processes into technical solutions
  • Managing integration work between multiple systems
  • Communicating effectively with business users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless technology solutions
  • Producing clear, comprehensive documentation to support knowledge sharing across teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Technology One and Property and Rating Systems
  • Strong Microsoft SQL skills, including databases, queries, and data analytics
  • Proven technical expertise in business analysis, system integration, and process translation
  • Experience with Power BI or SSRS reporting tools
  • Knowledge of ECM administration and ETL processes
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
