Investment Analyst Job Opportunity

Job Description
  • Identify and analyze real estate investment opportunities to optimize returns
  • Develop and implement financial models and investment monitoring tools to ensure accurate data-driven decision making
  • Manage existing assets in line with investment guidelines to maintain portfolio value
  • Build strong relationships with current and prospective investors to foster growth and development
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in finance, commerce, property, or economics
  • 1–3 years' experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting
  • Strong numerical and financial modelling skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
