Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Office Sector team in end-to-end portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and asset planning processes.

About the Role:

  • Deliver best-practice modelling and reporting across income, capital, leasing, and valuations.
  • Business partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide end-to-end knowledge and translate financial and leasing metrics into meaningful insights.
  • Oversee financials and reporting of a portfolio of office assets delivered by outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support review of property returns by inputting and reviewing forecast assumptions against external valuer's report assumptions.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, Property, or Land Economics.
  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • 3–5 years' experience in financial or management accounting.
  • Proficiency in Yardi and TM1 is highly regarded.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build and interpret financial models.
