CSE Global provides high-quality engineering design services, support, and delivery of advanced products and systems to the mining, heavy industry, electrical, water utility, renewable energy, transport, and oil & gas sectors. We specialize in delivering solutions from electrical system protection and control to asset management, power distribution, and automation.

In this role, you will oversee the smooth flow of customer orders from sales to site, manage inventory levels according to policy, and lead a team to ensure logistics and delivery meet CSE Global's needs and customer expectations. This includes overseas air and sea freight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Procurement or Logistics Management
  • A proven track record in fast-paced environments managing a small team for top results
  • Strong ERP system knowledge with ability to learn and manage system usage
  • Hands-on experience developing and implementing SOPs and POPs for continuous improvement
  • Reporting and managing non-conformances, serving as a general escalation point for contract breaches and management
  • Excellent communication skills with strong leadership through communication, mentoring, and supporting the team
  • Strong customer service skills with experience working with internal clients directly and managing expectations while communicating foreseeable issues back to the team
