Personal Care Assistant Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to provide respectful care to our residents. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by creating a friendly and nurturing environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct care to residents under the supervision of a Clinical Leader and/or EN/RN, aligning with individual care plans.
  • Effectively communicate residents' needs to the Clinical Leader and/or EN/RN, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive, safe, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong commitment to delivering person-centred care with empathy and compassion.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team.
