Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinate seamless communication between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop.
  • Prepare vehicle arrivals, ensuring timely processing and minimizing delays.
  • Administer WARP and CCC systems for accurate documentation and tracking.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding expectations through proactive updates and clear communication.
  • Coordinate rental car services and handoffs to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Reorder materials and supplies in a timely manner to prevent stockouts and delays.
  • Review and inspect repairs to guarantee quality and accuracy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry is highly desirable.
  • Certification in I-Car Australia is a significant advantage.
  • A valid Driver's License and excellent driving record are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • The ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and customers is vital.
  • Microsoft Office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be willing to train others and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced collision shop environment with limited supervision.
