Key Driver Responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Local HR Driver. As a reliable and experienced driver, you will be responsible for handling local pickups and deliveries of various freight.

Main Duties:

  • Operate Tautliner and Open rigid trucks, ensuring proper use of gates, tarps, chains and load restraint equipment
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to designated locations
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety and professional presentation
  • Perform pre-start and end-of-day maintenance checks on vehicles

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must hold a HR manual licence as a minimum
  • Minimum 2 years of HR driving experience with general freight
  • Sound knowledge of securing loads with tarps and multiple load restraints including straps, dog & chains and binders
