About the Role:

  • Support the Services Manager with people management, performance reviews, and development planning.

Requirements:

  • Team Leadership – Proven experience leading, coaching, and rostering frontline or customer service teams.
  • Premium Customer Service – Ability to deliver high-quality, guest-focused service in a fast-paced or premium environment.
  • Operational Oversight – Strong organisational skills with experience managing day-to-day operations, shift coverage, and compliance with procedures.
