Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the inspection, repair, and overhaul of electro-mechanical equipment in our Services_EAPA team in Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of HV/MV/LV electro-mechanical equipment maintenance and repair
  • Leadership and mentorship of department personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Collaboration with Service Center Management to achieve operational targets and efficient job scheduling
  • Maintenance of long-standing customer relationships and adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Participation in business development through meetings and workflow optimization

Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate III Electrical Fitter or equivalent qualification
  • Western Australia Electrician License (preferred)
  • 5+ years' experience in repair, rewind, and overhaul of High/Medium/Low voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage others and manage a team
