Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated F&B Service Ambassador to join our team. As an ambassador of exceptional service, you will be the face of our hospitality, providing warm and genuine interactions with guests.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding dining experiences by serving food courses and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. You will also set tables according to type of event and service standards, answer questions on menu selections, and communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.

In addition to your role in providing exceptional service, you will also maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be physically able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Familiarity with basic food and beverage service principles is also essential, as well as the ability to follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
