We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Employment Coach.
This is a dynamic and rewarding position where you will play a key role in assisting customers to set and achieve their goals while meeting the contractual requirements of an employment service provider.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Assisting diverse customers in overcoming personal and professional challenges
- Delivering coaching to improve employability skills, confidence and career planning
- Finding suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalf
- Referring customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health and financial counselling
- Providing additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employment
You will be part of a team that encourages growth and holds the wellbeing of colleagues as paramount. We strive to include and understand different backgrounds and harness all people's unique talents, perspectives and experiences.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Meeting a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
