As a skilled Sonographer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging department.

">About the Role">

You will be responsible for providing a full range of general ultrasound exams, including MSK, obstetrics, and interventional imaging. Your duties will include:

  • ">
  • Interpreting request information and selecting the optimal protocol;">
  • Providing a full range of general ultrasound exams, including MSK, obstetrics, and interventional imaging;">
  • Working collaboratively with the team to allocate workloads according to skills and competencies;">
  • Participating in the department roster, including on-call as required;">
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and contribution to supervision or development of others;">
  • Evidence of applying relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures to medical imaging and day-to-day operation;">
  • Evidence of holding a current unrestricted driver's license and ability to drive/travel as required.">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A post-graduate qualification in ultrasound;">
  • Current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR) as a Sonographer;">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;">
  • The ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people.">
