Organic Social Media Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to craft, manage, and grow our clients' social media presence. This role involves creating high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives community growth and brand loyalty.


About the Role

This specialist will work closely with our project manager to ensure all content aligns with the clients' broader marketing strategies and effectively drives action.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage quarterly content calendars for clients' social media platforms.
  • Curate and edit photos, videos, and other content to align with brand aesthetics.
  • Manage content shoots with photographers, videographers, and clients.
  • Create engaging visual content, including graphic carousels and video reels.
  • Write compelling captions for social media posts.
  • Publish and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Analyse social media metrics to optimise content strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with clients for feedback and content approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with prior experience in this role and exceptional communication skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is also essential. Additionally, you should have a flair for creativity and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
