We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
- Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families, providing a much-needed break and promoting overall well-being.
- Provide social support and transport to appointments, ensuring our customers can access essential services and maintain their independence.
- Deliver complex care to customers with high care needs, including dementia, and work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

- 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is a part of the role.
- Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
