Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker with a minimum of 12 months of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide social work services to clients in a community setting
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Social Work Qualification
  • Experience: At least 12 months of professional experience
  • Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
  • Availability: Willingness to work occasional weekends and after-hours shifts
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer literacy
  • Background Check: Current police check required
  • Working with Vulnerable People: Must hold or be eligible for registration under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 prior to commencing the role

Desirable Skills

  • NSQHS Knowledge: Familiarity with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) standards is an advantage
