Key Responsibilities:- Month-End Mastery: Ensure the accuracy of all reconciliations by performing month-end processes with precision.
- Journal Entries: Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc journal entries to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Financial Analysis: Interpret, analyze, and explain financial results to build accountability and drive finance performance.
- Support & Review: Support and review other accounting functions at month-end to ensure seamless operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and accuracy.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for the external audit team.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
With a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, preferably within the healthcare industry, you will possess relevant qualifications in finance (CPA/CA Qualified) and proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Your attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate complex information clearly will enable you to excel in this role.
