Job Description:

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Casual Educator to join our team. As a Casual Educator, you will be responsible for supporting our centres and children in a flexible, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements:

You will need to have an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, be willing to travel between other local services, and have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6:30am-6:00pm.
