About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Sourcing Manager to support the growth of our partnership agreements in Amazon Australia Operations.

This includes executing sourcing strategies, conducting spend analysis, developing strategic partnerships, identifying vendors, and leading negotiations. The successful candidate must have expertise in contract terms, compliance obligations, and business concerns to explain contract details to stakeholders and identify solutions to meet customer needs.

The Procurement Sourcing Manager will lead efforts to resolve carrier questions during negotiations and collaborate internally on concerns to ensure successful partnership agreements.

They will also be responsible for establishing partnership agreements with carriers and identifying vendors.

This position requires strong communication skills to explain complex contract details to various stakeholders and negotiate effectively.

A proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes and negotiating contracts is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with legal, finance, security, and compliance teams to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
