About the Role

We are seeking an experienced facilities professional to join our team at a landmark office tower in the heart of Adelaide. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless operation of our client tenancies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-tier customer service and build trusted relationships with clients and tenants
  • Oversee daily site operations including contractor coordination, work requests, and troubleshooting building issues
  • Champion safety and sustainability, conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance
  • Manage contractors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective maintenance and repairs
  • Support efficient operation of all building systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities or a trade background is highly valued
  • A passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Solid time management and organisational skills
