We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services as a Living Support Manager. This exciting opportunity allows you to showcase your unique ability to work collaboratively with the Care Managers and guide the Living Support Team (Personal Care, Lifestyle, and Hotel Services) to ensure resident-centered care.

In this role, you will report directly to the Facility Manager and be part of the Senior Leadership Team. You will need to have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to be an influential role model, inspiring those around you to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Living Support Team to deliver high-quality resident-centered care
  • Collaborate with Care Managers to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff members

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in an aged care environment
  • Advanced communications skills and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work on a full-time basis and meet competing priorities
  • Demonstrated abilities in change management processes and coaching, training, and developing teams
  • Registration with a professional body and a qualification in Nursing
  • An understanding of the culture and tradition of Catholic Health, including a commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organisation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fully vaccinated (2 doses) for COVID-19
  • Current seasonal influenza vaccination
