Job Title: OSHC Service Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to manage the daily operations of our after-school care service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities for children aged 5-12 years, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily programs tailored to meet the needs of children in this age group
  • Supervise and support children during before and after school care sessions, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options, taking into account dietary requirements and allergies
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to relevant regulations and standards
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, children, families, and the school community, promoting a sense of belonging and cooperation

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Current Employee Working with Children's Check (willing to obtain)
  • HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training certification
  • Child Protection (CHCPRT001 - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk) training
