We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0-4 years. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement engaging and innovative curriculums that promote children's learning and development.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an early childhood setting
  • A completed Australian Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • The ability to deliver and support child-initiated curriculums incorporating both indoor and outdoor environments, sustainability and nature play
  • Experience in creating and developing Reggio Emilia-inspired learning programs
  • Excellent documentation skills to record children's learning and development

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to new or improved curriculums and participate in observations as part of your professional development.
