Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and efficient use of transport fleet, associated equipment, and fuel inventories.

  • Liaise with clients to identify logistical requirements, provide expert advice on vehicle suitability, pricing, contract terms, and resolve service-related issues.
  • Manage incoming service bookings and reservations; develop and implement transport schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Establish and monitor procedures to ensure the security and condition of goods in storage and during transit.
  • Coordinate the timely pickup and delivery of vehicles and cargo, ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fleet Management: Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and efficient use of transport fleet, associated equipment, and fuel inventories.

2. Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to identify logistical requirements, provide expert advice on vehicle suitability, pricing, contract terms, and resolve service-related issues.

3. Transport Scheduling: Manage incoming service bookings and reservations; develop and implement transport schedules and delivery timelines.

4. Security and Condition: Establish and monitor procedures to ensure the security and condition of goods in storage and during transit.

5. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the timely pickup and delivery of vehicles and cargo, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
