Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an award rate of $27.89 per hour, plus Superannuation benefits and paid kilometers. In addition, you will be eligible for accelerated career progression, employee benefits, including discounts on food, clothing, shoes, spa treatments, and more.

Job Description

As a Care Worker with Kincare, your day will involve providing domestic assistance, helping customers with meal preparation and shopping, and providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities. This rewarding role requires a special person who can make a positive impact in the lives of our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to customers in their own homes
  • Assisting customers with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and personal care
  • Supporting customers with social and recreational activities, such as transport to appointments and outings
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role
  • A passion for working with older adults and providing high-quality care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
