You will identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven sales experience in supply chain, specifically in warehousing & distribution industry.
- Deep knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
This role offers a mid-senior level position with a full-time employment type. The job function is sales and business development, and the industries include transportation, logistics, supply chain and storage, wholesale import and export.
