About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage self-checkout units, monitoring scanning activity and maintaining a clean and orderly environment
  • Invite customers to use self-checkout lanes when lines are forming at traditional checkouts
  • Provide assistance with large items, scanning/weighing issues, and payment concerns
  • Maintain knowledge of weekly promotions and provide direction on product location throughout the store
