Checkout Team Member

About the Role:

This role involves working at checkouts and assisted checkouts, scanning items, processing payments, and engaging with customers. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of products and services, as well as build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • Being knowledgeable about products and services to answer customer queries
  • Working actively, often on your feet for long periods, with moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
  • Flexibility to work varied hours across store trading days (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends)
