Undergraduate Dental Supervisor

Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dentist to provide clinical supervision for undergraduate dental students in our busy public clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students from La Trobe University and will carry an honorary title with the university.
The role involves providing high-quality clinical supervision and assessment of student learning and performance, as well as ensuring the safe and quality care of patients. The successful candidate will work closely with the program manager and senior dental assistant to oversee the daily operations of the student clinical program.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of current clinical practice and demonstrate a high level of clinical competency in dental practice. They will also have the ability to provide effective clinical supervision and assessment of student learning and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and assessment of student learning and performance
- Ensure the safe and quality care of patients
- Work closely with the program manager and senior dental assistant to oversee the daily operations of the student clinical program
- Develop and implement clinical education programs for undergraduate dental students
