Undergraduate Dental Supervisor

Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dentist to provide clinical supervision for undergraduate dental students in our busy public clinic. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality education and training of our students, while also contributing to the delivery of safe and effective patient care.

• Supervise and mentor undergraduate dental students in a clinical setting, providing guidance and support to ensure their development of clinical skills and knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with the AWH program manager and senior dental assistant to oversee the daily operations of the student clinical program.
• Develop and implement effective clinical supervision strategies to ensure students are meeting the Australian Dental Council's Professional Competencies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support the daily operations of the UG clinic program.

• Minimum of 3 years current clinical practice in dentistry.
• Demonstrate a high level of clinical competency in dental practice.
• Demonstrate capability in effective clinical supervision and mentoring.
