We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate mixologist to join our fast-paced and fun environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of restaurant and/or bartending experience with a strong commitment to customer service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for executing smooth and flawless bar operations, creating exceptional drinks, and maintaining compliance with state and federal liquor regulations regarding underage and intoxicated guests.

In addition, the mixologist will develop a comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods, and assist in creating and implementing cocktail menu changes to offer fresh, innovative, and seasonal cocktails.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing smooth and flawless bar operations and creating exceptional drinks.
  • Maintaining compliance with state and federal liquor regulations
  • Developing a comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Assisting in creating and implementing cocktail menu changes

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks, as well as strong communication and organisational skills. A high work ethic and a high degree of responsibility are also essential.

Mandatory requirement: Hold a current New South Wales RSA certification.
