We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Cocktail Connoisseur. The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits and mixers.

With at least three years of experience in a similar role, you will be able to work efficiently under pressure, maintain attention to detail and prioritise tasks effectively while ensuring a clean environment.

The successful candidate will be available to work on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, mixing and serving cocktails as per our recipes.
  • Taking customer orders at POS stations including food orders for the bar floor.
  • Managing the service of drinks between the bar and restaurant during service.
  • Coffee making.
  • Maintaining compliance with liquor regulations and workplace health and safety laws.
  • Clearing tables and assisting with front of house operations when required.

Our establishment is easily accessible by train as it is situated next to Edmondson Park Train Station, as well as offering onsite parking.

Please note that all applicants must hold a valid NSW RSA certification.
