We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Site Operator to join our team at Incitec Pivot Limited. As a Site Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing and distribution facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to site operations, including mobile equipment operations, weighbridge operations, cleaning, and PTW system.
- Ensure distribution KPIs are achieved safely and recorded according to the daily management system.
- Perform loading duties in compliance with chain of responsibility legislation.
- Monitor PDC equipment and escalate issues to relevant personnel.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors, including pre-start checks.
- A commitment to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- An interest in Transport & Logistics.
- The ability and interest to learn the various mobile plant and equipment we operate onsite (Front end loader, Forklift License & Skid Steer).
- Experience with basic computer systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work autonomously and with limited supervision.
