Are you passionate about inspiring people to adopt healthy habits?

We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Healthy Habits Coach.

In this role, you will be responsible for building an inclusive community through facilitating workshops centered on wellness and healthy habits.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging workshop experiences that motivate members to build healthy habits
  • Providing supportive wellness check-ins to help members achieve their goals
  • Utilizing facilitation skills to keep discussions relevant and flowing
  • Celebrating member successes and supporting them in setting actions for the coming week

You will also drive member recruitment and retention, maintain and increase sales of our products, and engage in community involvement activities.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong facilitation skills, be comfortable with rapid change, have excellent time management and organization skills, and a strong business acumen.

You should also be tech-savvy across various tools and platforms, including Google Suite.
