Job Title: Female Support Worker - NDIS Participants

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female support worker to join our team in supporting individuals with disabilities based in the Sutherland Shire.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar role, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities
  • Support with social and community participation
  • Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other domestic tasks
  • Foster independence and build positive relationships with participants
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of support activities

About You:

  • Female (a genuine requirement of the role due to personal care and privacy needs of the participants)
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar role is preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for making a difference
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • WWCC
  • A valid driver's license and own transportation (Essential)
  • Australian Working Rights
